All payments are due in full at the completion of each visit. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Any nutritional supplements, supplies, equipment, or educational materials must be paid for at the time of purchase.
Nature’s Way To Wellness / Kathy Stevens is not an insurance provider. You may be able to use your FSA or HSA depending on your insurance company. You should check with them before paying with these accounts.
Returned checks are subject to a $30 returned check fee in addition to any other bank fees accrued by my office in the collection of payment.
** Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Missed appointments (without 48 hrs prior notice) will result in a $50 charge.
Product returned unopened within 14 days of purchase date will be refunded (less a 15% restocking fee). Unfortunately, I am unable to make a refund for special order products that are not a part of my normal inventory.
